ORDINANCE NO. q y ~ 2- 0.3 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $48,000 WITHIN THE COUNTY OPTION INCOME TAX <br />FUND (FUND 404) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR <br />THE COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR PROGRAM WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of County Option Income Tax Funds and to <br />further the implementation of the Commercial Corridor Program within the City, certain <br />appropriations are necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $48,000 is hereby appropriated within Fund 404 for the calendar year <br />2003 to implement the Commercial Corridors Program within the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION II.
