No Employee will be required to submit to a random
test more than twice (2) in a twelve (12) month period. Unless
chosen for an on -site random. However, once this 'Tirst Occurrence Clause" has been
utilized, an Employee who fails to report for a random test at any
time in the future will be required to contact the EAP for
evaluation and to receive instructions on the required procedure(s)
for removing the "Not Available" status from his/her card.
OWNER REQUESTED ON -SITE RANDOMTESTING
An owner may request that an "On -site Random Selection be
done at their facility.
