ReinstatementTest is the test allowed by BCRC, <br />which must be consistent with the Policy, to reactivate <br />an Employee who has been "archived" for six (6) <br />months or more. <br />Rejected for testing the result reported by an <br />HHS-certified laboratory when no tests are performed <br />for a specimen because of a fatal flaw or a correctable <br />flaw that is not corrected. <br />Reporting Employee is an Employee who reports a <br />work related injury or illness that was caused by and/ <br />or relates to the accident and/or incident for which the <br />post-accidentdincident drug or alcohol testing is <br />requested by the Employer. <br />Observed Return to DutyTest is required once an <br />EAP evaluation has been completed and the counselor <br />has set a date for the test, because of a non -negative <br />(positive) test, missed random, walkout or refusal to <br />submit as described in this policy. This test must be <br />observed and taken within the time frame specified by <br />the EAR If the return to duty test is not taken as <br />directed by the EAP; the participant will be required to <br />return to the EAR <br />SAMHSA means Substance Abuse and Metal Health <br />Services Administration is the agency within the U.S. <br />Department of Health and Human Services that leads <br />public health efforts to advance the behavioral health <br />of the nation. <br />Safe Site means a URL beginning with "https"which is <br />a secure site for data transmission. <br />• ScreeningTest (or initial test): <br />17 <br />
