Administrator (TPA) may allow the Employee to take <br />the test without reporting to the EAP for fiuther review. <br />Employees may utilize this clause only one time. <br />Observed Follow-Uplesting maybe required, based <br />on an EAP evaluation for a non -negative or positive test <br />result, missed random, incomplete test/walk outs as <br />described in this policy.
