Rev Ambulance Group Orlando welders are qualified in accordance with American <br />Welding Society (AWS) Requirements. This includes welding position, joint <br />configuration, electrode type and size, process, base metal type, base metal thickness, <br />and specific welding technique. During the performance of their qualification testing a <br />company qualified American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Nondestructive <br />Testing Level II inspector witness the qualification welding, and testing for each welder. <br />The general sequence for qualification is: <br />- Review the WPS / PQR <br />- Check equipment <br />- Check test coupon configuration <br />- Monitor actual welding to assure that it complies with the welding procedure. <br />- Test and evaluate coupons <br />- Complete welder certification paperwork. <br />2. Rev Ambulance Group as a company verifies that their welding personnel have been <br />tested in accordance with AWS codes B2.1, D1.1, D1.2, and D1.6. and are certified to <br />the same. <br />Sincerely, <br />J E.
