Forsyth Road ▪ Winter Park, FL 32792 ▪ Phone: 855.661.9232 ▪ Fax: 800.241.5177 Issue: 7.1.2014 <br />Rev. 6.21.2016 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Warranty Termination: The warranty shall be void, and Rev shall be relieved from any and all obligations hereunder, if: <br />1. The motor vehicle is sold or any of the components are removed. <br />2. The chassis is remounted, unless the remount work is performed by Rev or by a service facility approved, in advance and in writing, by Rev. <br />3. Owner fails to comply with the warranty registration requirements described above. <br />4. Policy expiration date <br /> <br />Time Limit for requesting Arbitration: Any action for breach of warranty must be commenced within three months following the expiration of the warranty period. <br /> Legal Remedies: Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this limited warranty, or beach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American <br />Arbitration Association in Orange County, Florida in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of the State of Florida shall <br />be applied in any arbitration proceedings, without regard to principles of conflict of law. Each party shall bear its own costs, fees and expenses of arbitration. The arbitrator(s) <br />determination and the basis for that determination shall be in writing and shall include an explanation of the basis for the determination. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall <br />be final and binding and judgment upon such determination may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration proceedings and arbitration award shall be maintained <br />by the parties as strictly confidential, except as otherwise required by court order or as is necessary to confirm, vacate, or enforce the award and for disclosure in confidence to the <br />parties’ respective attorneys, tax advisors, or senior management personnel. Furthermore, any action for breach of warranty must be commenced within three months following the <br />expiration of the warranty period. <br /> <br />No Other Warranty: Unless modified in a written statement signed by both parties, this agreement is understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between the <br />parties, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties (including without limitation any terms and conditions contained in <br />any purchase order or sales invoice issued pursuant to the sale of the vehicle) relating to the subject matter of this agreement. No employee of Rev or any other party is <br />authorized to make any warranty in addition to those made in this agreement. <br />
