ISSUED TO: <br />American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), Inc. <br />of Jefferson, North Carolina <br />Certification Ns 2014-013 <br />November 20, 2014 <br />This is to certify that the Type I Ambulance built by American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), Inc. on a 2013 International <br />*00, MaxxForce DT Diesel with a 169" Wheelbase, has met the following standards for designation as a "Star -of -Life" <br />ambulance: <br />AMD standards 001 through 025 promulgated by NTEA, as adopted and incorporated by reference into Federal <br />Specification KKK-A-1822F Dated August 1, 2007 for the "Star -of -Life" ambulance; <br />and FMVSS 207 & 210. <br />s certification is valid only for Type I, International 4300, MaxxForce DT Diesel with 169" Wheelbase ambulances, which are manufactured <br />by American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), Inc. and which do not otherwise differ from the design of the test vehicles. <br />This certification expires November, 2018 <br />Rodd D.
