■ .-No. 5, Page 68; thence east, along the north line of said east/west alley and also along the south line of Lots 11 thru 20 of said Chapoton's Subdivision, a distance of 345 .0 feet, more or less, to a point on the west right of way line of a public street, now known as Notre Dame Avenue; thence south, along said west right of way line of Notre Dame Avenue, a distance of 12 . 0 feet; thence west, parallel with and 12 .0 feet south of, measured at right angles to, the south line of said Lots 11 thru 20, a distance of 345 . 0 feet, more or less, to a point on the east right of way line of said St. Peter Street; thence north, along said east right of way line of st. Peter Street, a distance of 12 .0 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description and containing 0. 095 acre, more or less and the net area of both parcels being 0.435 . acre. hereby determines that it is desirable to vacate said property. SECTION II . The City of South bend hereby reserves the rights and easements of all utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana to construct and maintain any facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches, within the vacated right-of-way, unless such rights are released by the individual utilities .
