The City's Utilization of M/WBEs <br />Having determined the City's product and geographic market areas, the next <br />essential step was to determine the dollar value of the City's utilization of M/WBEs <br />as measured by payments to prime firms and subcontractors and disaggregated by <br />race and gender.The following tables present data on the total contract dollars <br />paid by the City for each NAICS code in the constrained product market and the <br />share the contract dollars comprise of all industries.
