ORDINANCE NO. 801.5-0-12. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3207 SOUTH HIGH STREET, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68 , as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Lots 6 through 27 and Lot "A" of Crest View Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana as recorded in Plat Book 12 , Page 120 in the Office of the Recorder of St . Joseph County together with vacated Tasher Avenue, vacated Jennings Avenue and the vacated east west alley located between Tasher Avenue and Jennings Avenue within said Crest View Addition: Also, a parcel of land in the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 24 , T37N R2E, described as follows : Beginning at a point 717 . 52 feet East and 518 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 24 ; thence South 585 feet; thence East 240 feet; thence North 585 feet; thence West 240 feet to the place of beginning; EXCEPTING therefrom the following described parcel of land: Beginning at a point 797. 52 feet East and 518 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said section 24 ; running thence East 80 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence West 80 feet; thence North 110 feet to the place of beginning. Also, a tract of land in the NW ,1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24 T37N R2E described as follows : Beginning at a point 637. 52 feet East and 518 feet South of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 24 , thence South 585 . 7 feet , thence East 80 feet, thence North 585. 7 feet , thence West 80 feet to the place of beginning. Also, a parcel of land in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24 T37N R2E described as follows : Beginning at a point 557 . 52 feet East and 518 feet South of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 24 , thence South 585 feet, thence East 80 feet, thence North 585 feet, thence West 80 feet to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as Type "B" residential ; "A" Height & Area. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor, and legal publication.
