ORDINANCE NO. 801.5-0-12. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3207 SOUTH HIGH STREET, <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68 , as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br /> classification of the following described real estate in the City of <br /> South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Lots 6 through 27 and Lot "A" of Crest View Addition to <br /> the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana as <br /> recorded in Plat Book 12 , Page 120 in the Office of the <br /> Recorder of St . Joseph County together with vacated Tasher <br /> Avenue, vacated Jennings Avenue and the vacated east west <br /> alley located between Tasher Avenue and Jennings Avenue <br /> within said Crest View Addition: <br /> Also, a parcel of land in the North 1/2 of the Southeast <br /> 1/4 of Section 24 , T37N R2E, described as follows : <br /> Beginning at a point 717 . 52 feet East and 518 feet South of the <br /> Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 24 ; <br /> thence South 585 feet; thence East 240 feet; thence <br /> North 585 feet; thence West 240 feet to the place of <br /> beginning; EXCEPTING therefrom the following described <br /> parcel of land: Beginning at a point 797. 52 feet East and <br /> 518 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast <br /> 1/4 of said section 24 ; running thence East 80 feet; <br /> thence South 110 feet; thence West 80 feet; thence North <br /> 110 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Also, a tract of land in the NW ,1/4 of the SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 24 T37N R2E described as follows : <br /> Beginning at a point 637. 52 feet East and 518 feet South <br /> of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 24 , thence <br /> South 585 . 7 feet , thence East 80 feet, thence North 585. 7 <br /> feet , thence West 80 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Also, a parcel of land in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 24 T37N R2E described as follows : <br /> Beginning at a point 557 . 52 feet East and 518 feet South <br /> of the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 24 , thence <br /> South 585 feet, thence East 80 feet, thence North 585 <br /> feet, thence West 80 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as Type "B" residential ; <br /> "A" Height & Area. <br /> SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the <br /> mayor, and legal publication. <br />
