Engineer will compare model results to the observed field data collected during <br />the hydrant flow tests and adjust model parameters as needed to achieve an acceptable calibation. <br />A draft technical memorandum summarizing the steady state model calibration process and results <br />will be prepared and submitted to the Owner in PDF format for review. A teleconference will be <br />held with the Owner to review the draft technical memorandum with the project manager and <br />senior modeling engineer. The Owner's comments will be incorporated into the final technical <br />memorandum. <br />Deliverables under this task include a draft and final technical memorandum and final <br />WaterGEMS model files. <br />Task 104 — Project Management and Administration <br />Provide project supervision, direction, and coordination with the Owner's management and staff. <br />Project administration and management also includes budget and schedule control, document <br />control, coordination of activities, monthly invoicing and project close-out. Engineer will <br />maintain a change register of any scope changes affecting the project budget or schedule and <br />review it with the Owner on a monthly basis for up to five months.
