ORDINANCE NO. Y0244/- <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $220, 000 TO <br /> AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT <br /> OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of <br /> Urban Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds and to further <br /> the Redevelopment activity of the East Bank Area, certain transfers <br /> are necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $220, 000 is hereby transferred to the <br /> account as set forth below within Fund 410. <br /> Description Amount <br /> Reduce the Following: Colfax Theatre $220, 000 <br /> Increase the Following: Acquisition Fund $220, 000 <br /> SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by <br /> the Mayor. <br /> Member of a Common Council <br /> [Ell signed only to proviae al; <br /> opportunity for public cuss up <br /> and Council action on the issue. <br />
