(a) Ground anchors for tie-downs shall be <br /> required in accordance with the Mobile Home Manufacturers Association <br /> standards or standards determined by the Federal Insurance <br /> Administration in implementing in the National Flood Insurance <br /> Program. <br /> (b) The fact that the mobile home is being <br /> located in a floodplain area having special flood hazards shall be <br /> disclosed to the mobile home and/or lot purchaser or lessee in the <br /> purchase contract, deed or lease. <br /> (c) An evacuation plan indicating alternate <br /> vehicluar access and escape routes shall be filed with the <br /> appropriate disaster preparedness authorities. (Ord. No. 6424-78, <br /> §2; Ord. No. 7496-85, §2) <br /> ARTICLE 10. VACANT STRUCTURES <br /> Sec. 6-40. Applicability of article. <br /> This article shall apply to any structure or any portions of a <br /> structure which remain vacant and open for a period in excess of five <br /> (5) days or is a hazard to the public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> The incidental use of any vacant structures for storage purposes <br /> shall not be deemed to exempt it from the provisions of this <br /> article.
