(Ord. No. 7304-84, §9) <br /> Sec. 6-36.1. Heating, Air. Conditioning and Ventilating <br /> Examining Board. <br /> (a) A Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilating Examining Board <br /> (referred to in this article as the Board) shall examine applicants <br /> for licenses under this article, issue certificates therefor to <br /> qualified applicants who have paid the prescribed fees and who have <br /> passed the examination hereinafter required, and revoke or suspend <br /> any license after just cause shown before such Board. <br /> (b) The Board shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed <br /> by the Mayor, as follows: W¢O/f J two ( 2) class A contractors, <br /> one (1) professional engineer with five (5) years` experience in <br /> heating, air conditioning and ventilation, as verified by the <br /> Building Commissioner, one (1) representative of a public utility <br /> serving St. Joseph County, and the Building Commissioner or his <br /> designee. Members shall serve for terms of four (4) years and shall <br /> hold office at the pleasure of the Mayor.
