Fees, registration and permits for plumbing services. <br /> al (a) No person shall perform or cause to be performed the <br /> installation or alteration of any plumbing work on or within the City <br /> without obtaining, in advance, a permit from the Department. <br /> (b) Where a person shall unlawfully proceed to do any work or <br /> installation without a permit as required herein, the applicable <br /> permit fee shall be tripled as a penalty.
