Commissioner Downs-Krostenko made a motion to withhold recommendation on the <br />rehabilitation of the trim on both structures until after the incongruous siding has been removed <br />for COA #2020-0904. Seconded by Commissioner Andrews. <br />Six in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 6 — 0. Motion to withhold recommendation on the rehabilitation of the trim on both <br />structures until after the incongruous siding has been removed on COA #2020-0904 passes. <br />Legal Counsel Kennedy asked for clarification as to whether this portion of the project needed to come <br />back before the Commission. <br />Commissioner Downs-Krostenko made a motion that once the siding is removed and an <br />assessment can be made of the configuration of the original decorative trims — particularly around <br />the windows — that staff be guided to evaluate and decide how to proceed for COA #2020-0904. <br />Seconded by Commissioner Andrews. <br />Six in favor, one opposed. <br />Vote: 6 — 0. Windows are primarily original wood 8/8 double hung at first floor, 6/6 at <br />second floor, with omamental louvered shutters. There is a central arched entry with fluted pilasters. Facade is painted brick. <br />ALTERATIONS: COA #2019-0603A allowed for the installation of Classic Products Oxford metal shingle roof over the <br />existing asbestos roof. RME 2011-0921A removed one dead/dying Green Ash in tree lawn per Permit #197 requiring <br />replacement tree. <br />
