Martin, Clerk FROM: Becca Plantz, Project Engineer SUBJECT: Resolution No. 31-2018 Ratify Sections 8 and 9 to the Standards DATE: October 6, 2020 Resolution No. 31-2018 was adopted by the Board of Public Works on June 26, 2018. The resolution incorporated previously approved revisions to the Construction Standards and Specifications. Section II of the resolution claimed, "Those additions to Exhibit A now contemplated as Sections 8 and 9 covering the subject matters of landscape, lighting, finishes and fixtures, among other things, may be approved by the Board by motion at a future meeting or meetings." The Engineering Division, with the technical assistance of Lawson -Fisher Associates, P.C., has recently completed Sections 8 and 9, Landscaping and Fixtures and Finishes, as mentioned as an addition to the Construction Standards and Specifications in Resolution No. 31-2018. 1 am requesting that the Board of Public Works ratify the incorporation of these sections by motion of Board.
