Provide a history of the Provider with a <br />statement about company mission, vision, and <br />values. <br />Reynolds Construction, LLC, is an employee-owned <br />construction company providing water and wastewater <br />infrastructure solutions to communities in Indiana since the <br />1930’s. <br />The Reynolds name has long been recognized as an <br /> <br />industry leader in water/wastewater infrastructure. The <br /> <br />Reynolds’ legacy began in the mid 1930’s under the name <br />From humble beginnings, <br />John L. Reynolds & Sons. After continued growth, the <br /> <br />company first incorporated in Indiana in 1965 as John <br />Reynolds & Sons, Inc., then later as Reynolds, Inc. in 1987. <br />The company merged with Layne Christensen Company in <br />2005 as two separate operating divisions, Reynolds Inc., <br />and Reynolds Inliner. In 2012, Reynolds, Inc. assumed the <br />name Layne Heavy Civil, Inc and continued operations as <br />thst <br />such until April 30, 2017. On May 1, 2017, a privately held <br />group, including former owner Jeff Reynolds, and members <br />to extensive infrastructure construction <br />of senior management, acquired the assets of the Heavy <br />projects <br />Civil business and began operations as Reynolds <br />Construction, LLC. <br />OPERATIONS STATISTICS <br />In the last 75 years, the companies mentioned above: <br />constructed more than 230 treatment plants <br /> installed more than 18 million feet of pipeline. <br />In the last 15 years: <br /> contracted over $804 million in Collaborative Delivery contracts including: <br />o Design-Build, Design-Build-Operate, and Construction Management at Risk <br />Reynolds currently: <br /> employs nearly 400people <br /> owns an equipment fleet valued in excess of $17 million. <br /> has 9 nationwide offices: <br />o Orleans, Indiana (headquarters), Carmel, Indiana, Alabama, Colorado, Florida (3 offices <br />Jacksonville, Sarasota/Tampa, and Davie, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. <br />MISSION/GOALS/VALUES/BELIEFS <br />Reynolds focuses on the safety of our employees, the public, and the environment, as we continue to contribute to the <br />sustainability of our nation’s water supply and management systems.
