JAMES BARTRUM| Superintendent <br /> <br />Training and Certifications: <br />Summary of Qualifications <br />OSHA 30-hour <br />Mr. Bartrum has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, <br />Collector Well/Confined Space <br />specializing in carpentry, formwork, and water and wastewater construction. He <br />Rescue <br />has extensive training in underground and heavy construction, including machine <br />Confined Space Entry Training <br />trades, and has served in the capacity of laborer, equipment operator, crew <br />foreman, and superintendent. For the past 8 years, Mr. Bartrum has supervised <br />Training in Trench Safety and Soil <br />and trained personnel in the installation of large-scale water supply systems <br />Conditions <br />throughout the country and in a variety of geological settings. This $14.8M project <br />constructed a well capable of supplying an additional 10,000 GPM to the <br />(717) 773-7673 <br />existing Plant Service Water (PSW) system. <br /> <br /> Collector Well #62: City of Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Falls, SD – <br />Dan Jeannerat <br />Superintendent. This $1.9M project ended October 20, 2010. This project <br />Pennsylvania American Water consisted of a new 2-MGD horizontal collector well, well house, caisson and <br />1000’ of 10” underground pipe.
