Council Member Puzzello then called upon Larry Magliozzi of the Department of Comm <br /> and Economic Development to give an update on City Plan.' <br /> Mr. Magliozzi provided a one-page "City Plan Timeline" copy attached to the Committee. <br /> stated that the process is currently at line 11 entitled "Update Council on Progress of City Plan"e <br /> He stated that a "stream of consciousness document" is being circulated in house with he <br /> to be delivered to the Council on November 30, 2005. draft <br /> Council Member Puzzello inquired whether there would be "any back and forth disc <br /> the Council"on the plan. discussion with <br /> Mr. Magliozzi stated that nothing is currently planned, however he urged Council Memb to <br /> meet individually on the document, noting that it is complicated and that he does not e want <br /> anything taken out of context. t <br /> Council Member Rouse noted that it would be "better to facilitate Council input so that on <br /> 26, 2006 the plan would not run into a brick wall".
