contractors and subcontractors with the equal opportunity clause and the rules, <br />regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor and will furnish such <br />information as they may require for the supervision of such compliance. <br />13. < Non -segregated Facilities <br />All employee facilities provided by us shall be non -segregated. These include but <br />are not limited to such items as rest areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, and <br />all other such common facilities. Toilet and necessary changing facilities will be <br />such that privacy is offered to both males and females. <br />14. Handicapped <br />The Company shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for <br />employment because of a physical or mental handicap in regard to any position <br />for which the employee or applicant for employment is qualified. If the goals set forth in the affirmative action program are being met, we <br />and our subcontractors will be presumed to be in compliance with the <br />requirements of Executive Order 11246 and 11375, as amended, unless it comes <br />to the agency's attention that we or our subcontractors are not providing equal <br />employment opportunity.
