stipend, and such stipend check shall be void and shall <br />not be reissued under any circumstances or for any <br />reason. <br />5. D.O.T., Non -Bargaining, Industrial Sector, Slag, and <br />Pipe Fitter's Local #597 Employees are exempt from the <br />stipend reimbursement. <br />INITIA.LTESTING (PRE -EMPLOYMENT) <br />Prospective Employees and current Employees of BCRC <br />affiliated Employers and Unions will be subject to the BCRC <br />program. All persons who are eligible and who intend to obtain <br />a BCRC card will be instructed to report to an approved BCRC <br />collection site and to provide a urine specimen for initial <br />(pre -employment) testing and a dear status before starting work <br />for any participating Employer. The individual will be directed <br />by BCRC or by their Employer, to report to a BCRC approved <br />collection site location. These selected collection sites will have <br />collection kits, Custody and Control Forms, and all other <br />necessary supplies. <br />RANDOMTESTING <br />After the individual's completion of the initial drug test (with <br />a negative result), he/she will be placed in the Random Pool <br />after which he/she will be notified via US. mail to report to an <br />approved collection site for a random drug test. The individuals <br />chosen for a random drug test will be selected anonymously, from <br />a computerized selection program. Fifty percent (50%) of the <br />currently active BCRC individual cardholders will be selected <br />annually for random testing. Then, on a monthly basis, <br />one -twelfth (1/12) of the selected Employees will be notified to <br />submit to a random test in order to update their BCRC <br />identification cards and status.
