There were several <br />changes made to the attachment to the ordinance to enhance clarity and better align with what was presented <br />during the City's Budget Hearings. No changes were made to the text of the bill itself. <br />I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and Council meetings. It is <br />requested that this bill be filed for 3rd reading and council vote on October 12, 2020.
