AND WILLIAM RICHARDSON DR. <br /> AND AT THE EAST END OF WILLIAM RICHARDSON DR. <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is <br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br /> be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification <br /> of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St . <br /> Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Two Parcels located in Section 21 , Township 38 <br /> North, Range 2 East, City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br /> County, Indiana described as Lots 4 and 5, Toll Road <br /> Industrial Park, Section 3; Lot 6 Toll Road <br /> Industrial Park, Section 4; Lots 14 and 15 Toll Road <br /> Industrial Park, Section 6; and that part of Lot 18B <br /> Gainey's Replat of Lot 20, Section 1 and Lot 18, <br /> Section 6, Toll Road Industrial Park, located north <br /> of a line described as: Beginning at the southeast <br /> corner of Lot 17 Toll Road Industrial Park, Section <br /> 6: thence N 88°-53'-36" East 930.91 feet , parallel to <br /> the north lot line of said Lot 18B, to the east lot <br /> line of said Lot 18B, also being the east line of <br /> said Section 21 . <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "D" Light Industrial , "A" Height <br /> and Area. <br /> SECTION II .
