ORDINANCE NO. $029..3-,.� <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $929 ,000 .00 FROM <br /> THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br /> FUND FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is <br /> necessary to design and construct various improvements . These <br /> projects are #9002 continued design of sewers , pavement and <br /> right-of-way acquisition for the widening of Ironwood Road from <br /> Ireland to Ewing. Project #9103 is for additional storm sewer <br /> installation on Corby Street. Project #9001 is the widening of <br /> Edison Road from Crestwood to S.R. 23 including installation of <br /> storm sewers and Project #9201 the design of the widening of Miami <br /> Road from Jackson to Kern Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I . The following sum of money is hereby appro- <br /> priated and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building <br /> and Sinking Fund for these projects in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
