F.2 9.2- 9 a <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $981,000 . 00 WITHIN <br /> VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF THE LOCAL ROADS AND STREETS FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and <br /> to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles , certain <br /> improvements are needed within the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> Project #9004 will be for the modernization of various traffic <br /> signals throughout the City of South Bend. Project #9262 - Paving <br /> and Slurry, #9261 -Street Improvements . These funds are available <br /> from the Local Roads and Streets Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section I .
