This is EXHIBIT K, consisting of 9 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated November 12, 2018. <br />AMENDMENT TO OWNER-ENGINEER AGREEMENT <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />1.Background Data: <br />a.Effective Date of Owner-Engineer Agreement: November 12, 2018 <br />b.Owner:Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana <br />c.Engineer: Cardno, Inc. <br />d.Project:St. Joseph River Bank Stabilization LARE Feasibility: Riverside Drive at <br />Yukon <br />2.Description of Modifications: <br />\[NOTE TO USER: Include the following paragraphs that are appropriate and delete those not applicable to <br />this amendment. Refer to paragraph numbers used in the Agreement or a previous amendment for clarity <br />with respect to the modifications to be made. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of <br />reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.\] <br />Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: Cardno Inc. will <br />complete design, plan development and specification development for guardrail up to <br />700 feet (685’ anticipated to be required) along North Shore Drive in conjunction with <br />the current St. Joseph River Bank Stabilization engineering design study. The necessary <br />plan information and standard details along with construction specifications will be <br />added to the previously mentioned St. Joseph River Bank Stabilization design plans and <br />specifications. <br />Deliverables: <br />Preliminary submittal of plan view, standard detail and construction specifications <br />related to guardrail installation.
