As Mayor and <br /> Fourth District Council President of the City of South Bend, we believe that these <br /> recommendations should be acted upon favorably by the Common Council. <br /> Linas Slavinskas <br /> Fifth District We believe that the insight which our "Founding Fathers" provided in the original <br /> adoption of our City's Seal should be properly depicted on all official documents. <br /> Thomas Zakrzewski We therefore urge you to support the attached ordinance which properly <br /> Sixth District underscores the historical significance of the City Seal. <br /> Sean Coleman Thank you. <br /> At Large <br /> Loretta Duda Sincerely, <br /> At Large <br /> Eugene Ladewski <br /> At Large seph E.
