COST: $19,700, including permit, windows, tax, materials, and installation. A deposit of $9,850 is <br />due upon acceptance of this proposal, with the remainder to be paid upon installation. Proposal <br />is contingent upon approval by the St. Joseph County Historic Commission. <br />OPTION 3: <br />Install eighteen (18) Lifestyle Series Pella double hung style wood replacement windows with <br />lowE/argon insulated glass, colonial contoured grids in the top and bottom sashes, and white <br />inside/white outside. Half screens are optional. <br />Install five (5) Lifestyle Series Pella double hung style wood replacement windows with lowE/argon <br />insulated and tempered glass, colonial contoured grids in the top and bottom sashes, and white <br />inside/white outside. Half screens are optional. <br />Install two (2) Lifestyle Series Pella double hung style wood replacement windows with lowE/argon <br />insulated, tempered and obscured glass, colonial contoured grids in the top and bottom sashes, and <br />white inside/white outside. Half screens are optional. <br />COST: $28,900, including permit, windows, tax, materials, and installation. A deposit of $14,450 <br />is due upon acceptance of this proposal, with the remainder to be paid upon installation. <br />Proposal is contingent upon approval by the St. Joseph County Historic Commission. <br />Installation is to include the following: Removal of the existing windows, installation of the new <br />windows into the existing frames, packing of insulation around the perimeter of the windows, seal <br />windows with silicone, trim out the exterior of the sills and frames of the windows with aluminum, <br />clean up and haul away debris. <br />OPTION 4: <br />According to Nori at HG Christman Construction, the cost to repair, repaint and reglaze each of the <br />25 (twenty‐five) windows would be anywhere from $350 ‐ $800 per window. He is not able to give <br />more exact pricing until the work already begins. Also, he did not want to provide pricing to restore <br />the storm windows or screens since the price varies greatly. <br /> <br />**Prices are guaranteed through October 31, 2020**
