The purpose of the vacation of the real property is the property that <br />Business Center Drive was intended to serve will be fully developed and a street is not <br />necessary to provide access. The cul-de-sac is not present and it is desired to have the <br />property line follow the location of Ameritech Drive. <br />SECTION V. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its Passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />
