system.YES/NO <br />AIR HORN CONTROL <br />Two (2)lanyardrope pullcontrolsshallbeprovided,one (1) within reachofthedriverand <br />one (1) within reachoftheofficer. <br />ELECTRONIC SIREN <br />YES/NO <br />A "Whelen, model 295SLSA1, electronicsiren with noisecancelingmicrophone shall be <br />provided. <br />Electronicsirenheadshallbe recessedinthecab above theenginetunnel on thedriverside. <br />YES/NO <br />Siren shall be actuated by the sirencontrol head. <br />SPEAKER <br />Thereshallbe one (1) speaker, FederalSignal DynaMax, Model ES100 withchromefinish <br />provided. Connection shallbe connectedtothesirenamplifier. <br />MECHANICAL SIREN, (Auxiliary) <br />A Federal Q2B siren shallbe furnished. Asirenbrakebutton shall beinstalled onthe switch <br />panel. <br />The control solenoidshall be powered upaftertheemergencymasterswitchisactivated. <br />Themechanicalsirenshallbe recessedinthefront bumper ontheleftside. The siren shallbe <br />supported by the bumperframework. <br />Themechanicalsirenshallbe actuatedby afootswitch on the officer'sside and by the horn <br />YES/NO <br />button in thesteering wheel. The driver shall havetheoption to controlthesirenor the <br />chassishornsfrom the horn button bymeansof aselector switchlocated ontheinstrument <br />panel. <br />YES/NO <br />SPOTLIGHTS <br />Two (2) golights shall be on theleftandright-side upper cab. Theselightswill be hard wired <br />with apanel switch in thecab thatcanbe accessedfromeithertheofficeror driver’sseat. <br />HEADLIGHT FLASHER <br />YES/NO <br />The high beamheadlights shallflashalternately between the left andrightside,witha <br />controlswitchlocated on the cabinstrumentpanel. <br />Theflashingshallautomaticallycancel whenthe headlightswitchisactivatedorwhen the <br />parkingbrake isset. <br />TRAFFIC DIRECTING LIGHT <br />Thereshallbe one (1) Code 3 36.01" long x 2.84"highx 2.24"deep,amber LED traffic <br />directinglightinstalledatthe rearofthe apparatus. <br />The Whelen model TACTLD1 controlheadshallbeincluded withthisinstallation. <br />The auxiliary warningmode shallbeactivated withthe controlhead only. <br />YES/NO <br />Thistrafficdirectinglightshall berecessed with asmoothaluminumtrim plateattherear of <br />theapparatusas high aspractical.
