South Bend Fire Department <br />One (1)Rcptcls(ShorelineWired) <br />60-26-1100 <br />SHORELINE RECEPTACLES <br />The following receptacles shall be wired to the shoreline power. <br />One (1)Rcptcl,120V,20 Amp,6-Plug Strip Rcptcl <br />60-25-1500 <br />POWER DISTRIBUTION STRIP <br />One (1) power distribution strip with six (6) straight blade receptacles shall be provided. The unit <br />shall have a 20 ampcapacity and an integral on/off switch. <br />One (1)Rcptcl Lctn, InsideCab,Front Area,Ea <br />60-30-5400 <br />The electric receptacle shall be located inside the front portion of the cab. <br />One (1)BdyPaint, SnglAxle, Pmpr/Tnkr -Sngl Color <br />80-05-1200 <br />BODY PAINT PROCESS <br />All bright metal fittings,if unavailable in stainless steel shall be heavily chrome plated. Iron <br />fittings shall be copper plated prior to chrome plating. If applicable, any and all accessory times <br />shall be removed from the body prior to cleaning and painting. Any accessory items that are to <br />be painted, shall be painted separately and installed after the body is painted and cured. <br />All seams shall be caulked, both inside and along the exterioredges, with aurethaneautomotive <br />sealant to prevent moisture from entering between any body panels. <br />The body and all parts shall be thoroughly washed with a grease cutting solvent (PPG CFX436) <br />prior to any sanding. After the body has been sanded and the weld marks and minor <br />imperfectionsare filled and sanded, the body shall be washedagain with (PPG CFX436) to <br />remove anycontaminants on the surface. <br /> The next two to four coats (depending on need)shall be a PPG DelFleet F4936 High Solids <br />Epoxy Gray Primer. The film build shall be 4-6 mils when dry. The primer surfacer coat, after <br />appropriatedry time, shall be sanded with 320-600 grit sandpaper to ensure maximum gloss of <br />the paint. The last step is the application of at least three coats of PPG DelFleet polyurethane <br />FBC-color, the film build being 2-3 mils dry.Followed by three coats PPG DelFleetF3906 high <br />build clear, the film build being 2-3 mils dry.
