Thefrited glass shall haveaclear viewing area of 15.5" wide x 10.5" high <br />and shall include a 50%dark tint which will block 50% of light coming through the glass. To <br />eliminate the possibilityof corrosion rubber gasket rings shall not be usedin the installation of <br />the window, the windowshall be glued in. <br />One (1)CAB INTERIOR AND TRIM <br />04-00-0000 <br />One (1)Cab Insulation Interior Ceiling <br />03-09-8010 <br />CAB INSULATION <br />The cab shall be insulated from road and vehicle resonance,exterior soundand thermal intrusion. <br />The cab insulation system shall be comprised of three separate components each designed to <br />assure optimal thermal and acoustic properties are achieved. Two layersof insulation material <br />shall be utilized. <br />A minimum of .8” of SCbond Polyurethane Foam insulation shall be applied as an additional <br />insulation between the cab skin and all interior ceiling surfaces. The insulation shall have a <br />density of 10 lb/ft3 +/-.5 providing better thermalproperties andacousticreduction properties. <br />A layer of 1/8” barrier bubble film laminated between two layers of reflective metalized film <br />shall be provided in the roof to minimize the effects of radiant heat. The barrier shall be mold <br />and mildew resistant andhave a Class A/Class 1 fire rating. The barrier shall have a minimum of <br />a R-5.6 rating. No Exception <br />The interior cab insulation system shall meet NFPA 1901 14.1.6 standardsand ensure that no <br />seated position within the cabexceeds 90dB. This decibel rating shall be measuredwith the <br />apparatus traveling 45 mph with climate control settings off. <br />All insulation used in the construction of the cabshall be marine gradefeaturing longevity and <br />resistance to degradation. <br />The interior of thecab including the rear wall, side walls and ceiling panels shall be insulated. <br />Use of opencell material as the primary insulation will not be acceptable.No exceptions. <br />10039-001609/02/20 <br />19 <br />PDF created with pdfFactory Pro trial version www.pdffactory.com <br /> <br />
