SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. 74-92 ORDINANCE NO. 8.278-79, AN ORDINANCE MAKING TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO ORDINANCE NO. 8280-92 FIXING THE MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES OF TEAMSTERS EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA,FOR CALENDAR YEARS 1993,1994 AND 1995. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The purpose of this ordinance is to make technical corrections to Ordinance No. 8280-92 which was passed by the Common Council.July 27, 1992. This ordinance would amend that ordinance by eliminating clerical errors and inadvertent omissions.
