Non-Bargaining;Salary ordinance <br /> Page 10 ' <br /> B. Bonus Payment. <br /> 1. The City shall pay bonuses to each eligible non-bargaining employee in the amount set <br /> forth in the table listed above as more particularly listed under the category entitled "1993 <br /> Bonus". One-half(1/2) of the listed amount in the table shall be paid on the second pay <br /> period in January of 1993, with the remaining one-half (1/2) amount being paid in the <br /> first pay period of July 1993. All bonuses shall be paid by separate checks and shall have <br /> normal withholding deducted therefrom. <br /> 2. In order for a non-bargaining employee to be eligible for one-half(1/2)the bonus amount <br /> listed in the table category entitled "1993 Bonus" which is to be paid in January of 1993, <br /> he or she must have worked in a full-time, non-probationary capacity as of January 1, <br /> 1993. <br /> Section II. Holidays, Vacations and Other Monetary and Fringe Benefits Incorporated <br /> by Reference. <br /> Holidays, vacations, insurance benefits and other monetary and fringe benefits for non-bargaining <br /> employees of the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be set forth in the City's Personnel Manual with <br /> those items being incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if set forth in their entirety. Two (2) <br /> copies of said Personnel Manual shall be kept on file and made available for public inspection during <br /> regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk on the 4th floor of the County-City Building, South <br /> Bend, Indiana. <br /> Section III.
