B. STAFF REPORTS <br />i. Administrative Approvals — Staff indicated that they were very busy. <br />Commissioner Andrews asked about the Rose Garden project. <br />Administrator Feasel clarified that this was separate from the Phase 2 <br />Leeper Park projects. <br />Commissioner Gelfman clarified that the location of the Rose Garden in <br />relation to the Navarre Cabin, and that there is a rumored to be <br />projects elsewhere in the park coming. <br />Commissioner Gelfman complimented Lang Clifford's work on the Rose <br />Garden. <br />Specialist Toering spoke briefly about the work being executed at 516 South <br />Michigan to stabilize the property, which is in close proximity to <br />the homeless encampment. This structure remains one of Staff's <br />most concerning properties. <br />Administrator Feasel clarified that Staff immediately uploads <br />administratively approvals as soon as they are processed. <br />Specialist Toering explained that staff have been negotiating with property <br />owners regarding their projects to ensure the timely processing of <br />projects during the ongoing COVE) emergency. <br />C.
