Legal Counsel Kennedy clarified that, in motions for denial, Commissioners are <br />required to state their reasons for denial. Roll was called. <br />Commissioner Downs-Krostenko (AYE): I voted to deny the application as submitted because <br />it is in clear violation of the Standards and Guidelines. <br />Commissioner Deegan (AYE): I vote `aye' because page 38 of the East Wayne Street <br />Standards and Guidelines state that the "Front yard areas shall not be fenced and <br />fences shall not extend forward beyond the setback line of the house."
