The first story is brick, while the second story is wood shingle with a molded overhang between the two <br />stories. The roof is gabled with a wide overhang; a pedimented gable and dormer is on the southeast roof face. The front of the <br />structure has a full open porch with brick piers and walls. Windows are double hung. First story front facade has wide paneled <br />windows, second story has French doors leading to the balcony. One centrally located chimney has a brick corbeled top. <br />ALTERATIONS: <br />AA 2020-0313B approved the replacement of three doors, 6 windows with Jeld-Wen aluminum clad windows, reconstruction of <br />the rear porch, fascia, and soffit (due to fire damage), and the installation of fencing at the rear of the property. COA 20 17- <br />1101 B —an application to retroactively replace six original windows with vinyl replacement windows was denied. COA #1989- <br />01 I8 permitted the installation of a 2nd floor porch railing including posts, balusters, and railings. The full balustrade on top of <br />the balcony has been removed or was never installed. COA #1992-0618 permitted the replacement of existing copper lock <br />asphalt shingle roofing with 3 -in -1 tab asphalt shingles. COA #2015-1203 retroactively permitted a complete tear -off and re- <br />roofing with dimensional asphalt shingles, as well as the installation of new gutters. <br />"See attached.
