Stock sizes <br />3-0 3-2 3-6 3-10 4-2 4-6 4-10 <br />5-2 5-6 5-10 6-2 6-6 <br />Custom sizes available up to 90" <br />2 Remove parting strip,pulley's, weights. <br />3 Insulated the weight pockets. <br />4 Sand and remove any "paint crumbs" from edge of sash. <br />5 Make a 5/8 x 5/8 groove down the center of the sash with either a table saw or router. <br />6 Place jambliners on a flat work surface. <br />7 Place sash in track on top of metal guides bottom sash is beveled and should match the bevel on <br />the bottom of the track. <br />8 Place the other track on top of the sash making a "sash sandwich". <br />9 Set the track and sash into opening.
