All remaining paint on jambs, <br />parting beads, trough, or other friction impact surfaces shall be <br />stripped of paint. All LBP on nonfriction/impact surfaces shall <br />be encapsulated. Mist any remaining defective paint with water <br />to the point of saturation. Scrape all loose paint with a draw <br />scraper. Wash with detergent solution, rinse, allow to dry and <br />HEPA vacuum any paint chips, dust and debris. Reinstall <br />stripped and reglazed window sashes. Prime and top coat <br />entire window unit/trim with white acrylic latex extior paint <br />(including encapsulated components). Owner choice of color. <br />Prior to repainting, Project Manager must inspect to verify all <br />LBP was removed.
