REGULAR MEETING <br />August 101, 2020 <br />Councilmember Henry Davis Jr. expressed his dissatisfaction with the communication from the <br />City's Administration. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Councilmember Lori K. Hamann announced her work on an Ordinance to regulate tire waste and <br />disposal in the City. She has a meeting scheduled on August 18a at 10:00 a.m. with individuals in <br />the City to discuss this. She extends the invitation to anyone, especially businesses interested. <br />Council President Karen L. White announce the first (15) budget hearing to be held August 12a. <br />Councilmember Sharon L. McBride thanked everyone for their help in the event held August 15`. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Jesse Davis, P.O. Box 10205, South Bend, IN, encouraged the Council to continue working on the <br />homelessness issue. He also inquired about the large gatherings that have been happening amidst <br />the global COVID-19 pandemic. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Council President Karen L. White adjourned <br />the meeting at 7:34 n.m. <br />
