However, there are rare situations where <br />underlying issues may be present behind originally <br />quoted work that we cannot foresee. Most often this is <br />exposed upon demo. In these rare situations if additional <br />work and materials are needed to make the project safe <br />and correct, there would be additional charges to the <br />originally quoted price which would be discussed with the <br />customer as soon as the situation may arise. <br />Please be advised as with any restoration an exact <br />material match is difficult based on age and wear of <br />1
