There being no further <br />discussion'. the donation was accepted and filed. <br />President Alford indicated that unless there were questions or objections by members of the <br />Board, the statistical analysis report for the month of February 2008 as submitted by the Police <br />Department would be accepted for filing. There being no objections, the following report was <br />accepted f0'r filing: <br />hn a letter to the Board, Chief Boykins, Police Department, stated that Corporal Britton Odle <br />,has reque-sted that the Board grant her a paid. extension of medical leave of approximately forty- <br />two (42) calendar days from April 4, 2008 to May 15, 2008. Chief Boykins informed the Board <br />1-.hat Corporal Odle had a cesarean section and. the incision needs time to heal. She was eligible <br />Cor sick buy back in 2007 and banked twenty-four (24) hours of her time.
