Mr. Molnar seconded the motion, which carried by roll call. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Gilot noted two (2) questions submitted from Rick Hamilton, Hamilton Towing. Mr. <br />Hamilton stated he is disappointed in the extension of the Police Towing Contract and <br />questioned who is reviewing the proposals. Mr. Gilot explained that given the current COVID-19 <br />situation, the review team needs more time to do a fair and thorough review. Attorney <br />McDaniels stated there is a review committee made up of representatives from the Diversity and <br />Inclusion Office. She added there is very little participation by the Police Department to ensure <br />all bidders will be given proper consideration. <br />
