On Febru-1, <br />11, 1938 they sold the house to Willi s owned his own <br />insurance agency, Phillips Insurance Agency, which he ran from the house. <br />Late, 1951 he added a commercial addittion to the side of the <br />Mr. Phillips owned the property till about 1991. <br />--- <br />30.
