S 665-96 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 SOUTH EDDY STREET <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> Be it ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68 , as amended, which ordinance is <br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br /> classification of the following described real estate in the City of <br /> South Bend, St . Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> A part of Large Lot or Block Numbered 19, as shown on the recorded <br /> Plat of Samuel L. Cottrell ' s Addition to the Town of Lowell, now <br /> within and a part of the City of South Bend, which part of said lot is <br /> described as follows : Beginning at an iron stake 190 feet North of <br /> the Southeast corner of said Large Lot No. 19; running thence North <br /> along the .West line of Eddy Street in said City, a distance of 120 <br /> feet to a stake 100 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Large <br /> Lot; being the Southeast corner of a lot heretofore conveyed to <br /> Charles A. Lippincott and Anna I . Lippincott, husband and wife, by <br /> Warranty Deed Recorded in Deed Record 161, page 45 of the records of <br /> St . Joseph County; thence West on the South line of said Lippincott <br /> lot, 186 feet to a stake set in the East line of an alley; thence <br /> South on the East line of said alley, 120 feet to a stake set in the <br /> North line of another alley running East and West; thence East on the <br /> North line of said last mentioned alley, 186 feet to the place of <br /> beginning <br /> be and the same is hereby established as C-1 Commercial, E Height and <br /> area. <br /> SECTION II . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor, and <br /> legal publication. <br /> Member of the Common CounciP <br />
