Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br /> 2012 <br /> The October 3, 2012 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order <br /> by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 5:23 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Dr. Fred Ferlic, <br /> Valerie Schey, Oliver J. Davis, Derek Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, Dr. Dave Varner, and Karen K. <br /> White, , City Controller Mark Neal, Ed Sullivan, Fire Chief Steve Cox, Fire Assistant Chief <br /> James Lopez, Fire Assistant Chief Todd Skwarcan, and South Bend Common Council's Agent <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The Executive Session was called pursuant to the September 27, 2012, Notice of Executive <br /> Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining relative to <br /> public safety employees pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(A) <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br /> contained in the September 27, 2012 "Notice of Executive Session". <br /> Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. <br /> Res t ctfully .o bmi•eel; <br /> it <br /> Derek D.
