Dieter at 4:01 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Dr. Fred Ferlic, <br /> Valerie Schey, Oliver J. Davis, Derek Dieter, Gavin Ferlic, Dr. Dave Varner, and Karen K. <br /> White, City Controller Mark Neal, Interim Police Chief Charles Hurley,Police Uniform Division <br /> Chief Jeffery Walters, Board of Public Safety President Patrick Cottrel, Ed Sullivan, and South <br /> Bend Common Council's Agent Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The Executive Session was called pursuant to the September 27, 2012, Notice of Executive <br /> Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining relative to <br /> public safety employees pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(A) (copy attached) <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br /> contained in the September 27, 2012 "Notice of Executive Session". <br /> Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 5:15 p.m. <br /> Re •ectfully • i ' d, 4 / <br /> 1, 1 � � � <br /> Derek D.
