ggCircuit has partnered with FullStack PEO to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws <br />and regularly reviews employment practices to ensure that all employees are properly classified <br />as an employee or an independent contractor. <br />Creative Works, Inc. hereby affirms that all individuals who will perform work on the public work <br />project are classified as full-time employees under all applicable state and federal laws and local <br />ordinances. <br />Categories <br />Full -Time Employee <br />An employee who works 30 hours or more per work week is considered full-time. The <br />employee is entitled to all benefits. <br />Part -Time Employee <br />An employee who works less than 30 hours per week is considered part-time. Part-time <br />employees are only eligible for retirement plan participation and are not eligible for health, <br />dental, vision, life, or any paid time off plans. <br />Temporary/Intern Employee <br />Temporary/Intern employees are hired for a specific period of time, project or assignment. This <br />employee is paid for actual hours worked and is not eligible for benefits. Employees hired for a <br />specific project or period of time will change to part-time status if employed beyond 120 days. <br />acrid II" 011"IED(E)iMpt <br />Employees are also classified as nonexempt or exempt employees in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and any applicable laws. FullStack pays <br />overtime in accordance with the FLSA and any additional applicable law. Overtime pay will not <br />be paid when positions meet the FLSA guidelines for exemption. <br />
