APPENDIX A Testing Panel with Cut-Off Levels 8 <br /> <br />SAMHSA DRUG SCREEN <br />Drugs of abuse tested in a routine SAMHSA 5-Panel Screen <br /> <br />The MICCS program will use the drug screen components and cut-off levels listed <br />below. <br />In addition to these levels and substances the creatinine level and specific gravity of <br />the specimen will be measured. If the creatinine level is less than 20 ml/dl and the <br />Specific Gravity is less than1.003, the sample will be considered dilute and another <br />collection will be required. The second sample will be requested to be collected the <br /> <br /> 13 11 01/05 <br />following morning from the time of notification of a diluted sample.
